The pride in the jersey
Like it or loathe it, the intensity of State Of Origin football is unmatched in Australian sport. AFL grand finals are tough and Bledisloe matches are (occasionally!) rugged, but there’s just something about the tradition and the pride associated with wearing the Blue or Maroon jumper that works everyone — players, coaches and fans — into an emotional frenzy. Check this clip from 2005 for proof and let us know what you think the final result of this year’s series will be.

The maroons got out of jail in game one.
I think noddy will make up for his pass to Bowen, and the Blues will scrape in in game 2, as they have a remarkable record at Telstra Stadium. Having said that the maroons are due there!
The mighty cane toads to get them at suncorp though and as usual nothing in it for a 2-1 series victory
Queenslander!
