NSW need to put a broom through their side
By Veuve, 2 Jul 2009 The Crowd is a Roar Pro
It is important for the morale of NSW to win the third Origin Game in Queensland. The NSW selectors have been less than intelligent in their choices but, no doubt, did what they considered best at the time.
As there has been so much criticism of NSW selecting players for sentimental reasons, it would not be the worst decision to give El Masri a go in Origin Three and NSW will have the better goal kicker and a player who always gives everything he has.
Nathan Hindmarsh has been making dozens of tackles per game and, despite previous Origin appearances, Kimmorley is playing outstandingly for the Dogs.
Why not bring in Matt Cooper too?
Queensland have a brilliant team who have been playing together for a few years. Their ability is phenomenal. Let’s not forget NSW have lost players to overseas and union.
The losses of Gasnier and King to Europe, especially, were big losses, and Craig Gower wasn’t too shabby either.
Queensland players have stayed loyal to their State and country, but loyal NSW players are shunned, even when in form.

Note:I have left the likes of Michael Weyman out because he is currently in jured and I would have picked Michael Jennings instead of Josh Morris if he was fit but he isn’t.
NSW will be guarenteed a win with this side.

Evan….You are talking like the series is still alive. This is not the decider and it is at Suncorp. Mal and the boys weren’t happy with Barrett, and then he gets a farsical 2 weeks. That was the plan — get rid of Inglis. I hope Barrett plays, Greg and lots of other Maroons would love to run over the top of him and anything else wearing blue.
