Astana were banned from last years TDF for links to doping which meant Contador could not defend his 2007 title. Armstrong has never tested positive so I guess innocent until proven guilty. Evans is putting in a monumental effort despite not getting much help from his team mates. I hope he can at a least get a top three finish overall because he deserves it.
