The warriors halves just get worse and worse. Hopefully they get lucky and find one coming through the ranks of the junior grades, as Seymour isn’t anything more than a stop gap halfback.

Memo Darren Lockyer…have a good hard look at Stacy Jones as an example of what happens you go one season too long.

The way the Warriors other new recruits have performed so far this year, it may be the Warriors who are in need of a bit of charity. I reckon it will be a another mistake signing. If Seymore hasn’t changed by now after umpteenth attempts at being offered help, then he obviously has some deep deep problems. If anything, he probably needs time away from football to sought out his issues. The warriors should start looking to their juniors a bit more. Locke, matalino and Lewis Brown have a quality look about them, plus a host of others (Packer, Johns, Taylor, O’Regan and Heremaia) etc.

We’ll hope for the best for Brett, fingers crossed.
