Geez - are the officials ever going to get an offside call right for once??!!

Jelic was very close to the original strike (in terms of line of vision), so it&#039;s not as if it would have been a difficult call to make - the linesman has simply lost concentration, and has had to make the call once Jelic got to it first, and simply guessed that he must have been offside, when in fact he was miles onside.

If you honestly don&#039;t know whether the bloke was offside at the moment the ball was struck - you must favour the attacking team at all times - it&#039;s really that simple.</description>
