Well said mate, We can not forget 5 defeat from Kuwait, I feel they will hit us with the 6th defeat on the road, those Kuwaitis have world class talent just see how they play with courage and heart to win for their small country, They beat most of the Europeans teams in the last 12 yrs, Kuwait – Portugal 1 – 1, Kuwait – Latvia 3- 0 Kuwait, Kuwait – Greece, 2 – 1 Kuwait, Kuwait – Serbia 3- 0 Kuwait, Kuwait – Bulgaria 1- 0 Kuwait, But they missed up with small teams like iran and Bahrain and Indonesia that why they always stay locally in Asia

Kuwait team is the most difficult team in Asian that Ausses can fase. It is A huge Knot for us.

Not a bad starting XI compiled there Brain!

Although Neill has said he’d like to play, I don’t think Everton will give him time-off – you know what David Moyes is like! Milligan or Spiranovic offer a couple of options at the back. Would also like to see Wilkshire continue as a defensive midfielder, he was good there against Oman.

I still imagine Craig Moore will play, and a couple of other A-League players such as Brosque and Culina. Vukovic has been keeping brilliantly of late, though I’d prefer Galekovic in goal – he’s less likely to have a brain-snap!

I think we need to trust and give our HAL lads another chance… Well maybe we won’t have any choice in the matter.. But if the “All Whites” can get to the SA World Cup, with HAL players, then I think we do on paper have a team that can do the job in Kuwait…

Yes, from the A-League you’d pick Moore, Culina, Sterjovski, Burns, Brosque, Thompson and others – like to see Rudan get a game, he has been very good in an average AU side lately.

Should come down to having to beat Indonesia at home in Brisbane on March 3 in the last game.

Picking up a point or three against Kuwait in Kuwait on 6 January would be an unexpected bonus, but its been done before without the Euroroos.

Coyne was pretty good on Sunday.

I wouldn’t take North though, he is ok but nothing special when he is playing week in week out and could sneak into the squad.

I would pick a fair few A league guys over him when he isn’t playing though.

Milligan will also be available, Djite may be if he isn’t getting a run and the club want some exposure for him, Sterjokvski, Coyne and Moore are in the mix as is Jade North. It may even be good to see if Troisi can get a release for a run, though I suspect not.

I didn’t actually realise how strong a team we potentially have available. Thanks!

This starting 11 would be great to see in action, as the majority of these players will be keen to impress Verbeek to get a world cup spot.

Also, love to see that you’ve put Vukovic as the No.1. With the form he’s in at the moment, Verbeek would be stupid not to pick him!
