The buck stops with us, as Genia urges players to lift

Rookie international Will Genia says it’s high time the under-achieving Wallabies started delivering to ease the growing pressure on besieged coach Robbie Deans.
Genia is among a raft of youngsters Deans has thrust into the Test arena over the past two years and is convinced it shouldn’t be the coaching staff copping the flak for the [...]

Maybe all is not lost after all? The team is probably playing like a young inexperienced side should.

Witness inconsistent performances like drawing with the 6N champs and then losing to the 6N chumps.

With another season together in 2010 maybe it’ll all gel? (Or maybe not).

Anyway, I’ll reserve my judgement on Dingo’s youth policy until after the RWC in 2011.

What have we got to lose? After all, it’s only a game……..isn’t it?

Personally, I think Deans is a genius. It may not be working for him now, but thats no reflection of the future. I think, by next year, theres potential for the Wallabies to be unstoppable.

The only question is will O’Neil and the rugby public give Deans a chance until RWC 2011?

That’s going to be the interesting situation if the Wannabe’s don’t start winning soon.

Wins=bums on seats plus increased TV audience = willing advertisers = good revenue stream.

It all depends on how many dollars Deans brings to the table in the near future…….or how long the ARU can survive before he does.

That is one player with the right attitude now lets get the 4 or 5 players (different each game), who dont have the right attitude on the bus for Wales on Saturday.

Well done Genia, great to hear it from a youngster, he is saying what the senior guys should be saying.
