Adelaide will look to continue their hot streak in front of a sell-out home crowd against Collingwood. We’ll have live scores from 7.40pm AEST.
The Crows are absolutely on fire at the moment, jumping from one big scalp to another.
Last week they beat Carlton on the road in what was surprising a 69-point demolition. The star of Patrick Dangerfield continued to rise thanks to a 35-possession performance.
It was the Crows’ seventh win for the season and put them second place on the ladder, wedged in between West Coast and Essendon only on percentage.
Collingwood claimed a decent scalp of their own last week, defeating Geelong in a thriller despite a late rally from the Cats.
Scott Pendlebury proved to be the match-winner in the 12-point win. He had 30 touches and four crucial goals.
The Pies are chugging along nicely with a 6-2 record and sit only one spot outside the four. The only worry is that their percentage is noticeably lower than the teams that surround them.
For Adelaide, Richard Douglas is the sole inclusion, with Tom Lynch going out of the team.
Taylor Walker is the main man up forward with 23 goals this season. Scott Thompson is averaging an impressive 31 touches per game in the midfield.
For Collingwood, two debutants in Jamie Elliot and Marley Williams have been brought in to the side. Dane Swan and Ben Reid are out.
Travis Cloke leads goal kicking with 19. Swan leads possessions, with the next closest being Pendlebury at 29 per game.

Someone please tell me why , no collingwood interstate team’s are free to air ? Guess I know the answer to that question allready $$$ .We pay for our family membership every year and then on ticketed game’s you expect us to pay again for a home game we have allready paid for,and know we are expected to buy foxtel to be able to see an interstate game. I am really thinking about not botheing about a family membership next year and being able to choose which games i want to attend. It’s never been about an affortable family day out. You dont even get a hat , which my children loooked forward to getting. CLAP , CLAP , CLAP to the AFL , FOXTEL and EDDIE . While you all sit back counting the dollar’s coming in , they want be mine anymore.

A good game played at incredible speed.
Collingwood have burst the Crows bubble and put the Bombers on top of the ladder. Well done.
As an aside I wasn’t aware (until tonight) that Dawes was such a sook. All he did for the whole game was whine to the umps.

Just watched this match on ESPN here in London….what a fantastic game. That noisy Crows crowd were silent at the end! Not sure why AAMI stadium isn’t popular, tho

I agree with Greg (and I am in Victoria)….cannot believe this game is not being aired live on free to air TV…probably a Foxtel ploy to encourage smart ones to buy their product in a moment of weakness….ALL I can say PATHETIC!

The writer of this article seems to not know that Taylor Walker is serving week 2 of a 2 week suspension.
