Ange Postecoglou has been announced as the coach for A-League’s All-Star team for the upcoming clash against Manchester United.

Ange is the genius behind Brisbane’s back to back championships and is currently guiding the husk of a Victory team riddled by injuries to a top four finish; could it really have been anyone else?

Tony Popovic or Graham Arnold may have had cases, but really there was only man for the job when you really think about it.

A team led by Ange will play a far more attractive brand of football than either of the other choices and is likely to pick a host of attacking players at every position.

I previously covered who I think should be on the pitch in this article in December – and despite the fact I wrote this in December I stand by most of those picks – defenders aside, Durante due to form and Behich due to not being in the league anymore!

And on that note, we can now vote for who we want to see in the All Star game at a-leagueallstars.com.au. If we get enough people together we can rig the vote to get Terry McFlynn in the side – if only so the bitter Arsenal fans can hope he two-foots Robin van Persie!

So who do you think should be there? Are you happy with Ange, or should it have been Popa? Or even Arnie?? Let us know below.
