Sunday afternoon sees the 2nd placed Wests Tigers come up against the 4th placed Gold Coast Titans at Leichardt Oval.

The Tigers and Titans last met in Round 2 of this season with the Tigers dominating the Titans coming out 30-point winners.

Both clubs have had terrific starts to the 2014 season, surprising many pundits who tipped them both to struggle. A victory on Sunday could see the winner move up to the 1st on the NRL ladder.

Relive the Titans and Tigers Round 2 clash:

The battle of the number sevens could decide the victors on Sunday, with both sides possessing exciting talents at the halfback position.

Albert Kelly has been quiet in recent weeks for the Titans but he has proven this season, in victories over the Sharks and Raiders, that he is a match winner.

Likewise, Tigers youngster Luke Brooks played a key role in Monday’s win over the Eels, scoring a try and kicking the match winning field goal.

He has been key to the Tigers’ success so far this season and will need to step up again for them to see off the Titans at home.
