At the conclusion of my recent four part series on the most famous football clubs in Australia, I promised to follow up at the end of the year with an update of the various metrics I used to cover all four football codes for the whole of 2014.
Having updated the various metrics to the end of July, it occurred to me that Roarers might be interested in the various ratings and attendance figures I am collating as I go, seeing it’s a topic which often engenders plenty of discussion among sports fans.
So for the rest of the year I will provide a monthly summary of the top rating and best attended football games. Here are the 25 highest rating club football games on Fox Sports and the 25 games with the best attendance for July.
