With Kuridrani out, who will step in at the Brumbies?

Recently, ACT Brumbies and Australian outside centre Tevita Kuridrani, who wreaked havoc in the Wallabies summer tour, damaged his AC joint which looks to have him sidelined for the next eight weeks.

It is a massive blow, with the go-forward he provides crucial to both nation and province. He’s a big part of the Brumbies game plan.

So who is going to fill his position at the Brumbies for the next eight weeks? If only we had the Patty McCabe, the Chuck Norris of the sport.

McCabe, who retired from rugby last year, would have been a sight for sore eyes and could have easily slotted into the number 13 jersey.

I personally think that the next best thing than McCabe is the explosive Fijian, Henry Speight. Give Speight the ball, and you are guaranteed to gain metres, so why not give him a run at outside centre where he will get more ball in hand?

Other options that Brumbies coach Stephen Larkam has to choose from are the likes of:
– James Dargaville
– Rod Iona
– Joe Tomane
– Nigel Ah Wong
– If Jesse Mogg returns to fullback, maybe even Robbie Coleman (last option)

What do you think Roarers? Who else you think could fill the outside jersey for the Brumbies?
