Match officials were showered with bottles as they left the field following the controversial finish to the round five fixture, won 18-17 by the Rabbitohs.
Police have scoured CCTV footage of the aftermath to the ANZ Stadium clash and on Thursday released the images on their Facebook page.
Those found guilty of throwing missiles onto the the field of play face a $150 fine and a possible ban from the Sydney Olympic Park precinct, where ANZ Stadium is located.
“Investigators are committed to identifying and taking action against crowd members who display dangerous and illegal behaviour,” a NSW police statement read.
“NSW Police Force works closely with the NRL to ensure these games are fun and enjoyable for the whole family and will not tolerate a disregard for other people’s safety.
“The NRL, the Canterbury Bulldogs and ANZ Stadium have been assisting the investigation and may take action against individuals responsible for the alleged post-match behaviour.
“Inquiries are continuing into the alleged behaviour on the western side of the stadium above the tunnel, where officials were targeted with projectiles.
“Anyone who has photos or video recording from the stadium on Good Friday is urged to contact police, especially if they were seated near the tunnel on the western side of the stadium.”
