Can the Perth Glory playing group hold together after one of the most tumultuous weeks in the A-League’s short history when they host Melbourne City? Join The Roar from 5pm (AEST) to find out.

Coming off a week which saw them barred from participating in the A-League finals due to salary cap breaches, and cop a 3-0 home demolition at the hands of Sydney FC, how will Perth respond?

Their season is all but finished, despite being the premier side in the competition for much of the campaign – there aren’t many worse feelings.

Pride is still on the line though as they welcome a Melbourne City side looking to string together some form in the run in to the finals.

City are undefeated in their last five and some would suggest they should be favourites for this one all considered. However, spoils have been even in the last four fixtures between the two sides.

When they last met, in January, the Glory ran out easy 3-0 victors, while in the fixture previous City secured maximum points at a score line of 2-1. The two fixtures prior to that were both stalemates.

In team news, Perth have added Riley Woodcock and Diogo Ferreira to their squad and continue to be without the injured duo of Youssouf Hersi and Ruben Zadkovch. City have added Iain Ramsay, Jack Clisby, Marc Marino and Nick Symeoy to their side.

Prediction
Glory 1-2 City.
