Controversial sports scientist Stephen Dank says he will appeal the 10 findings against him by the AFL’s Anti-Doping Tribunal.

In a written statement to ABC News Radio, Dank said he planned to advise the AFL of his intention to appeal the tribunal’s decisions handed down last week.

Dank was cleared of a list of charges, including administering the banned peptide Thymosin beta-4 to Essendon players.

But he was found guilty of multiple breaches of the AFL’s anti-doping code relating to trafficking, which could see him banned from all Australian sport for life.

Dank told ABC he believed the findings were inconsistent with the facts and he has briefed barrister Clive Evatt.
