Sam Allardyce is certainly a name not wanted to be heard by West Ham fans right now.

The Hammers fans wonder how they are going to deal with the demise of a club which once was looked onto as a fierce and fighting team, but has since been reduced to an easy three points.

There is no doubt that Sam Allardyce should be going on search for a new club come the end of the season after his poor efforts and terrible tactics. These decision have seen a depressing fall of West Ham United.

When managers perform poorly in their role, it will always affect the team, no matter how slight.

This is the case with West Ham – who have again and again noticed the undesirable performances of Sam Allardyce and have matched his ill-will with player forms that go hand in hand.

That isn’t good for any club. This kind of behaviour is just poisonous and sour.

West Ham sit tenth under Sam Allardyce. They will be hoping to do a lot better next season after constantly being picked off in recent matches by teams who know the situation at the club.

Carlton Cole’s attacking presence hasn’t been enough to save the club from their demise in recent times and in turn the whole club is looking dreary in front of goal.

If West Ham can obtain a better coach for next season then they can almost certainly challenge for a top-four spot because they have the players to do. This includes new recruit Alex Song, Carlton Cole and the strength in midfield with the likes of Kevin Nolan and Noble.

All of these players know the potential at West Ham and it is only matter of time before they are given the right coach who is capable of mustering and unleashing that talent in a perfect way.
