The Roar‘s been alive for, oh, around seven years now. It was born when Spiro first put the fingers to keyboard and started punching out articles, and has grown into what it is now.
We’ve slowly built our coverage from the ground up with Roarers determining the direction and nature of the journey.
There have been myriad additions and subtractions since it all started, but today we’re ready to announce we finally have ladders on The Roar!
It’s been high on the to-do list for years, but Roarers can now get the latest Super Rugby standings, updated around midnight each evening, right here on the site.
This is exciting for a number of reasons, not least that it spells the start of more data being included on The Roar.
This will include rugby stats, facts and figures, and as we build our capabilities further we’ll get better at giving rugby fans what you really want.
The point of this post is to be a feedback point for our Super Rugby ladder, as we’re looking to roll this out into other sports – NRL, AFL and A-League just as a starting point within a week or two.
