The Blues host the Western Force at Eden Park in Auckland on Saturday afternoon. Join The Roar for live scores and updates from 3:30pm (AEST).

The boys from the Western Australia have landed in New Zealand and they’re ready to blow through the city of Auckland.

Standing in their way are the Blues, a team that has been through countless losses and just one win so far this season.

It would be pretty easy to just dismiss this is a victory to the Force as the Blues haven’t showed much of anything in recent games.

However, teams in such a position like the Blues usually post the biggest threat and they’ll be looking to put a big stamp on today’s match.

At their home ground they won’t be giving an inch to the visiting Force.

They’ve only played each other eight times in their history and the Blues hold the edge with six wins, one loss and a draw.

Although the Blues season has been on the rocks with just one victory, they can take comfort in the fact that their only win did come at home.

While the Force are on the opposite end of the spectrum obtaining their one win against the Blues at North Harbor Stadium.

This will be a good game for both sides with the Blues being able to play spoilers to the other teams, and the Force, whom are far from just another push over team, have proven they can mix it with the top teams.

Expect some points to be scored between these two teams, as history has shown, especially for the Blues – when they are on their game they can run rampant.
