In the last episode, we had a look at some of the biggest players in football who could be on the move. Here are some more who could be transferred across Europe during the summer.

David De Gea to Real Madrid – 45m+ pounds
We would go as far to say he has probably been one of the best keepers this EPL campaign. The Spaniard through some immaculate saves has been keeping United in the running for Champions League.

This has caught the eye of La Liga runners-up, Real Madrid. This transfer talk has been going on since about April, and it is no secret that Los Blancos are in for the Spanish starlet.

Madrid enquired about the keeper reportedly offering 30 million pounds for him. Van Gaal countered them at around 45 million or even higher. This is expected because United would have to search for a keeper as well, since they’d only have Victor Valdes to spare.

They could promote a youth player, but are United going to put their hopes in youth for a Champions League campaign? I wouldn’t think so.

Raheem Sterling to Manchester City – Worth 29-35m pounds
This story has heated up only a few weeks ago, and many are wondering who is in on the Sterling drama. It’s said that clubs like Barcelona and Paris-Saint Germain are in for the English youngster, but leading the race is Premier League rivals Manchester City.

Sterling has showed up vital in moments this year scoring seven goals and claiming 6 assists. He has failed to score in the Champions League and didn’t show in the FA Cup.

Is he really worth the $30mil he is rumoured to be? I believe if there is a change in management at Liverpool he will go, but is it worth moving to Manchester for such a young player?

Ilkay Gundogan, Memphis Depay, Raphael Varane to Manchester United – Together 84m-100m pounds
With United’s three areas on the pitch not certain every week, LVG could shore up each of them with three transfers. With the fontmen changing from time to time due to injuries or Wayne Rooney dropping into midfield, United could look to a new formation with the inclusion of Dutch youngster Memphis Depay.

Finishing top scorer in the Eridivise this season with PSV and gaining several assists, it could be the right move for united to add some pace and fire to their exploding counter-attack.

For the midfield we have Borussia Dortmund central midfielder Ilkay Gundogan. The 24-year old German midfielder has been linked to a move to United this season. He has been in-and-out of the starting line-up for a struggling Dortmund but is a player that deserves Champions League football – and that’s what he’ll get at United.

Phil Jones is great, but Champions League? Maybe not. Reports have come in that United are in for young French centre-half Raphael Varane of Real Madrid. The promising defender has featured in the first team picture a lot more this season, appearing in 16 games and starting nine.

With a force of Sergio Ramos and Pepe, sure he can settle for replacement, but a league title which he played no part in 2011-12 and a Champions League last year which he didn’t feature, I think he should take a swing. But can these three signings be the difference to United’s title hopes?

Paul Pogba to Barcelona 40-50m pounds
This young French gun has proved time and time again he is set to be one of the best in the world. With injuries riddling him from game time and a special first leg clash with Real Madrid, the midfielder has torn apart the league with stunning goals and amazing play.

Next month he faces a special visit to the club that are hot favourites to sign the youngster.

With Xavi set to leave the club at the end of the season, it seems that Pogba is the most realistic replacement, setting up a dynamite midfield of Ivan Rakitic and Andres Iniesta.

He is rumoured to be worth upwards of $40 million pounds, and I can see why Barcelona think he is worth that much money. Will the 22-year old star in the La Liga next season?

Antoine Greizmann to Chelsea 26-33m pounds
Although he is not apart of the two big teams that dominate the La Liga, he is one of the best players out of Atletico Madrid. Scoring an amazing 22 goals and five assists, Griezmann has been the focal point of Atletico Madrid’s attack.

Chelsea’s strike force mainly consist of one striker, Diego Costa, and Chelsea play a 4-4-3 most of the time. With PFA Player of the Year Eden Hazard on the left, Costa in the middle and Willian on the right, where does Greizmann fit in this current Chelsea side.

I think this is a reckless buy, much like Cuadrado and is only being bought so no other club can buy him. Will Griezmann set up shop in England?

Edinson Cavani to Liverpool 24-31m
Lastly we have Uruguayan giant Edinson Cavani, rumoured to a move to Liverpool.

The Paris-Saint Germain striker pairs up with invincible Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and has gotten his fair share of goals this season, notching 16 league goals this season and 4 assists.

We know Liverpool have been having problems with their frontman. With Daniel Sturridge frequently out with injury and summer signing Mario Balotelli scoring only 1 goal in the league this season, Liverpool need someone that can lead the line for the season.

The Reds need to not have to play midfielders and wingers in central striker positions, like they did with Coutinho and Sterling this season. People would debate that PSG are the best team in France and are always playing Champions League, so why would he move to Liverpool who are only playing Europa League?

He has however the opportunity to lead the line instead of playing second place to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is it an offer too good to refuse?

That’s all for today, we’ll have one more coming your way soon.
