Game 2 of the 2015 State of Origin series is set to get underway at 8:00pm (AEST) this Wednesday at the MCG. Below you can find all the information you need in order to watch every second of the match either live on television, or through live streaming online.

The game will again be broadcast live across Australian by Channel 9, and also via Nine Network affiliate stations WIN and NBN.

The broadcast of the game begins at 7:30pm (AEST) with the game scheduled to kick off at 8:00pm. However, due to the build-up before the game it’s likely the kick-off will be delayed – Game 1 didn’t start until 8:22pm, despite the official kickoff time of 8:16pm and we could see a similar time for Game 2.

Channel Nine’s broadcast rights deal prevents there being any pay-TV simulcast options to watch the game like on Fox Sports or via the Foxtel GO or Foxtel Play apps.

However, it is possible to legally stream the match via the NRL’s official Digital Pass app. This is a subscription service that costs $2.99 per week, or $89.99 for the entire season.

A one week free trial is available for new customers which you could use to watch this game alone for free if you haven’t already used it.

The service allows you to stream the match to just about any device you might have: iPhone, Android phone, Windows phone, tablets and computers.

Keep in mind that if you decide to use the Digital Pass from outside a WiFi zone, you will be hit with mobile data charges.
