The ARU has released the full list of Wallabies home fixtures for the 2016 Rugby Championship.

Perth will see international rugby over the next couple of years, with nib Stadium being announced as the venue for a Rugby Championship fixture against Argentina and the Springboks in 2016 and 2017.

The Wallabies will face the All Blacks in Sydney at ANZ Stadium, and the Springboks in Brisbane in 2016 as part of the tournament, which will revert back to its home-and-away format in 2016.

Previously held at Subiaco, nib will host its first rugby Test match in September of 2016, with the Wallabies taking on Argentina.

It has also been confirmed as the venue for the game against the Springboks in 2017, with the date and time to be announced.

This is on top of the June Tests, in which the Wallabies will face England in a three-match series in the break during Super Rugby.

“nib Stadium is a wonderful venue for Rugby and certainly delivers a fantastic atmosphere when the ‘Sea of Blue’ fill the stands for Western Force matches,” ARU CEO Bill Pulver said.

“We want that sea of blue to turn gold on September 17 when the Qantas Wallabies host the Pumas from Argentina next year, and again when we welcome the Springboks back to Perth in 2017.

“Our fans deserve the best possible experience when they come to a Test match and a move to a rectangular venue which is fan-friendly and purpose-built for rugby is a great outcome for fans.
