The 2015 AFL Finals begin with the first of two qualifying finals on Friday, September 11th and go through until the 2015 AFL grand final on Saturday, October 3.

At the end of 2015, eight teams have qualified for the 2015 AFL Finals series, having finished in the first eight places on the ladder. These are:
1. Fremantle Dockers
2. West Coast Eagles
3. Hawthorn Hawks
4. Sydney Swans
5. Richmond Tigers
6. Western Bulldogs
7. Adelaide Crows
8. North Melbourne Kangaroos
