Tottenham return home this week hoping to mark their first three points on known turf against Crystal Palace. Join The Roar for live scores and updates during the match from 10:30PM AEST.

The Spurs have been slow to show their ambitions of fighting for a champions league spot, while Crystal Palace have an early look in to the top four. Both teams will be looking to overcome the doubters in a full throttle London rivalry at White Hart Lane tonight.

The Spurs looked shaky in their last minute win away against Sunderland, where Ryan Mason was the hero.

Tottenham don’t seem to be showing us what they are hoping to do for the rest of this season, failing to score goals and seeming uncomfortable in their defensive structure.

Crystal Palace has started ruthlessly, spending the first month of the premier league inside the top four along with surprise package Leicester City.

Rampant signings Bakary Sako and Yohan Cabaye will look to continue making waves in the premier league.

It’ll be a battle for redemption for Spurs as they look to take three points from Palace, who they haven’t beaten since January of 2014, where they won 2-0.

Pardew’s army grabbed a point away from home last season, where it ended goalless at White Hart Lane, but the Spurs were surprised when they visited Selhurst Park and were beaten 2-1 last season.

Australian skipper and former Palace captain, Mile Jedinak, takes his place on the bench again after suffering a hamstring injury in a Capital One Cup match a few weeks ago. He came on for the last 15 minutes against Manchester City last week.

Summer signing Son Heung Min bagged a brace midweek in the Europa League against Qarabag Agdam. Erik Lamela also scored in the match.

Tottenham’s other new signing Clinton Nijè also made an appearance but Harry Kane was withdrawn, still to score a goal in all competitions this season.

Because of Tottenham’s slow start to the season and their inability to recently score goals in the league, they may be exposed at the back to Pardew’s fast counter attack with players like Yannick Bolasie and Bakary Sako.

I predict a 1-2 controversial win to Crystal Palace.
