Match result:

Roberto Firmino put the Reds up twice in the first half, but both times his spectacular efforts were cancelled out by goals from Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud.

The entire was first half was back-and-forth action, and both sides missed easy chances to go ahead.

Arsenal came out firing in the second half, and Giroud found the net in the 55th minute to put his side up for the first time in the game.

But after much probing by Liverpool, the Gunners’ defence finally fell and Joe Allen found the net in the 90th minute to make sure the game ended 3-all.

An incredible game of football at Anfield. Arsenal remain on top of the table, on equal points with Leicester City but above on goal difference.
