2016 NRL All Stars: How to stream online and watch live on TV

On Saturday 13 February we’ll see the latest edition of the NRL’s annual All Stars match, beginning at 7:30pm AEDT.

This year’s match will see the Indigenous All Stars go up against the first iteration of the ‘World All Stars’, although the respective line-ups won’t change too much from past years.

Ray Thompson will miss the match after a training injury yesterday and will be replace on the field by Craig Garvey with Will Smith coming into the squad for the Indigenous All Stars.

Ahead of the match the Indigenous All Stars are narrow favourites priced at $1.80 with betting companies, while the World All Stars are out to $2.05.

This will be the sixth All Stars match and the Indigenous All Stars currently have a 3-2 record from their appearances, including the last two wins, 32-6 in 2013 and 20-6 in 2015.

There’s a number of different ways to watch the match, whether you’re looking to do so via an online live stream, or watching on TV.

Live stream online:
If you’re looking to live stream the match the only way to do so will be via the NRL Digital Pass which offers live streaming of every match in the season.

The NRL Digital Pass allows you to stream matches both through web browsers on your computer or through an app on mobile devices such as phones and tablets.

The service is available for $2.99 a week or $89.99 per year, though there is a one week free trial available for new customers.

Also, The Roar will have live scores and a blog of the match, and highlights afterwards on Roar TV.

TV
The match will be televised live exclusively on Channel Nine starting at 7:30pm AEDT.

There will also be a replay of the match broadcast through Foxtel on channel Fox Sports 1, which will begin at 10:00pm AEDT.
