Manly have run out 34-18 winners here at Mount Smart Stadium after leading 12-6 at half-time. Both sides struggled to really click and find their combinations in attack, despite the scoreline.
REPORT: MANLY BEAT WARRIORS 34-18
Api Koroisau continues to deputise strongly for the injured Daly Cherry-Evans, with his short kicking game helping the Sea Eagles to several repeat sets.
In the end, Manly deserved to win a fairly lacklustre game.

After losing their opening three matches of the season, the tenth placed Warriors are looking for their third win in a row.
The Kiwis are coming off a memorable golden-point win over the Roosters last week, with fullback Roger Tuivasa-Sheck scoring a try in the 81st minute to to break a 28-all deadlock. This followed a Round 4 trouncing of Newcastle.
An understrength Manly put in a gutsy effort last week, losing 16-12 to Souths. Like the Warriors, they have two wins for the season so far – in Round 3 against Cronulla and in Round 4 against the Roosters – to sit in 13th place, but a win this weekend will see them leapfrog New Zealand.
The only change for the Warriors this week is Manu Vatuvei, who is unavailable with a hamstring injury, being replaced by Jonathan Wright. Thomas Leuluai has been named as 18th man.
Trent Barrett has made a few changes to the Manly forward pack this week. Jake Trbojevic has been named at lock after missing last week’s match, with Darcy Lussick dropping back to the interchange bench, while Tom Symonds comes into the back row to replace Feleti Mateo. Josh Starling has been promoted to starting prop, with Brenton Lawrence on the pine.
Halfback Daly Cherry-Evans is still on the injured list, and Api Koroisau will once again wear the Manly number 7 jersey.
The Warriors are averaging 24 points a game in attack this season, while Manly average just 16. Neither side will be happy with their defence in 2016, with Manly conceding an average of 22 points a game and the Warriors 25.
Prediction
The Warriors to win a close one at home.
