Arsenal will be looking to close the gap on league leaders Leicester City when they host Crystal Palace. Join The Roar from 1am AEST for live scores.

Coming off a disappointing 3-all draw with West Ham United in their last match, Arsenal will be desperate to gain all three points against Crystal Palace.

The Gunners had a dream start against the Hammers, going 2-nil up early thanks to goals from Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.

However, Arsenal were soon stunned as they found themselves 3-2 down by the 53rd minute of the match. In the end Laurent Koscielny managed to get Arsenal a third and salvage a point in a thrilling affair.

Olivier Giroud will be one to watch for the Gunners, the French striker has now gone 11 games without scoring, and will be fighting to keep his place as a starting forward.

Arsenal have struggled in high-pressure situations in the past, and more dropped points would almost certainly see the Premier League title slip out of reach yet again.

Coming off a nil-all draw with Everton, Crystal Palace face their own problems on the bottom of the Premier League table.

Palace are not guaranteed safety from relegation just yet, and will take no chances in risking demotion with just five games left to play.

The Eagles have won none of their past seven Premier league away games, and will need to find some from in front of goal if they wish to upset the Gunners at the Emirates.

The last time these two sides faced off was last August. Giroud put Arsenal ahead early before Joel Ward found an equaliser shortly after. In the end, the Gunners were saved by a Damien Delaney own goal to get the 2-1 win at Selhurst Park.

Arsenal have proven they can score, and if they tighten up in defence, Palace could be in for a long game.

Prediction
Arsenal 3 – 0 Crystal Palace
