Tottenham Hotspur will be desperate to gain all three points when they travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea. Join The Roar from 5am AEST for live scores.

After a disappointing season, Chelsea will be looking to end 2016 on a high note, even though they will miss out on European football next season.

Coming off a 4-1 win over AFC Bournemouth, Chelsea snapped a two-game losing streak in Dorset.

Pedro Ledesma, Willian da Silva and Eden Hazard all scored for the Blues to give them the win.

Despite poor results, Chelsea still have the chance to be a part of history. If the Blues are able to get even a single point, Leicester City will win the Premier League.

After dropping points in a disappointing 1-all draw with West Bromwich Albion, the Spurs have to win to keep their hopes alive.

Craig Dawson scored an own goal for West Brom before making up for it with a goal for his side.

A win for Tottenham doesn’t just keep their title hopes alive, but hands Chelsea their 200th defeat in the Premier League. A loss for the Spurs means that they have suffered their 200th away loss in the competition.

The last time these two sides played was last November. Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea fought to a nil-all draw at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham are the side with more to play for, but it seems that Chelsea have finally found some form. Leicester City could very well end up champions after this game.

Prediction
Chelsea 1 – 1 Tottenham Hotspur
