EVERY NRL GAME THIS SEASON WILL BE LIVE ON FOXTEL

Mary Konstantopoulos
Tips:
Broncos (Powerplay), Dragons, Raiders, Knights, New South Wales.

“Even missing half their squad on State of Origin duties, I still think that the Broncos at home will be too much for the Wests Tigers. The Wests Tigers have been disappointing at best over the last couple of weeks and with Woods and Farah absent from the side due to State of Origin, I see the Broncos winning convincingly.

“The Eels lacked energy against the Storm and it may simply be that the noise happening off the field might finally be beginning to have an impact on the field. While Foran has been named, he looked to sustain a shoulder injury against the Storm and it is unclear whether he will be 100%.

“I’m going with the Blues, just because I do believe in miracles.”

Tim Gore
Tips:
Broncos (Powerplay), Dragons, Raiders, Eels, Queensland.

“Even without their Origin stars I’m expecting Brisbane to put a cricket score on Wests Tigers.

“Dragons to just edge the depleted Cowboys – whose pack is still awesome.

“Queensland to bully and dominate the NSW halves and win Origin I.”

Lachlan Bickley
Tips:
Broncos (Powerplay), Cowboys, Raiders, Eels, New South Wales.

“Much like the Broncos, the Cowboys have bene plundered by Origin call ups but much of the premiership winning infrastructure is intact and they still have Jason ‘the destroyer of worlds’ Taumalolo and Lachlan Coote.

“The Raiders had a huge win last week so this is probably a bad tip but the Raiders have the forward firepower to match the Dogs and their first home game in a month should see them edge this one.

“The Eels struggled on Monday night against the Storm’s remarkable defence but it’s unlikely the Knights will be able to match that level of intensity.”

“Here come the Queenslanders to tell me I’m an idiot for tipping against them but these are the only games in the season where I tip with my heart instead of my head. Until Game II at Suncorp.

“Even without their Origin stars I think the Cowboys still have more footy in them than the Dragons.

“Love the look of the Raiders at home this weekend against Canterbury.”
