Vincenzo Nibali has all but secured the Pink Jersey, what can the sprinters do on the final day? Find out as The Roar brings you live coverage of the 163 kilometre journey into Torino from 10:30pm (AEST).

With Nibali pulling off an impeccable ride on the penultimate stage to secure the Giro d’Italia from Esteban Chaves, the final stage will be all about the sprinters.

While the majority of the field will take this final ride as a lap of leisure, the sprinters will be wanting to claim the final victory and potentially take home the red jersey.

A quick look at the Red Jersey leaderboard and Giacomo Nizzolo (TREK) has a 33 point lead over Diego Ulissi (LAMPRE) with Matteo Trentin (ETIXX) a further 11 points behind.

Nizzolo will be out to secure his first Giro stage victory tonight and in doing so will go home with the red jersey. For Trentin to secure the red jersey he will need to not only win the stage but also have Nizzolo score 0 points.

With the General Classification riders taking a back seat tonight that doesn’t mean we won’t be in for any action, in actual fact this stage may pan out to be one of the more enticing stages.

Prediction
With the first stage victory along with the red jersey hanging overhead, I think Nizzolo will time his run to the line to perfection and just pip Sacha Modolo.
