Both sides can still theoretically make the knockout stage but it’s going to be difficult. Of these two, only the Czech Republic can make the top two of the group and qualify automatically, though both could possibly squeeze in from third.
Czech Republic have 1 point so far and Turkey none – it’s not been a great Euro 2016 campaign so far for either nation. Turkey have lost 0-1 to Croatia and 0-3 to Spain, Czech Republic lost 0-1 to Spain and drew 2-2 with Croatia.

If Czech Republic can get the win here they’ll draw level with Croatia on points but would still be behind them in goal difference. What they really need is for Croatia to lose to Spain in the match that will be held concurrently with this one, and for the Croatians to either lose by multiple goals or the Czechs get a multi-goal win.
That scenario could potentially see them leapfrog Croatia into second place and grab a spot in the knockout stages.
Of course, both Czech Republic and Turkey can get to the knockouts by finishing in third, but have to have one of the four best records from six third-placed finishers. That looks unlikely unless one of them gets the win here, a draw would rule both nations out.
Turkey with a -4 goal difference would have to absolutely thrash Czech Republic to be any chance. The Czechs meanwhile will more than likely make their way through to knockouts if they get a win, though it wouldn’t be an absolute certainty.
Prediction
Both teams will want the win here, but the Czechs have managed to get two goals on the board while Turkey haven’t found the back of the net all tournament. Czech Republic to win.
