Defending Premier League champions Leicester City are chasing their first win of the 2016-17 EPL season when they take on Arsenal, also hunting their first victory. Join The Roar from 2:30am (AEST) for live scores.

After completing an unbelievable fairytale last season, Leicester City have been on a nightmare run.

Coming off four-straight losses, the Foxes need to regain the form that saw them shock the world in 2015-16.

Despite last season’s player of the year, Riyad Mahrez, finding the net late in the first half, the Foxes were unable to gather any points after a 2-1 loss to Hull City.

Leicester only suffered three losses last season, and two of those came at the hands of Arsenal, a team they haven’t won against in their last 19 Premier League 19 games.

The Gunners had a horror start to their season as well. Hosting Liverpool on opening week, Arsenal found the lead in the first half via Theo Walcott, before conceding four times.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calum Chambers made it 4-3, but the Gunners were unable to equalise as Arsene Wenger drew more criticism for a having a quiet transfer campaign.

Arsenal have never lost at King Power Stadium, and are on a dream run against Leicester City. However, they finished second behind the Foxes last season.

The last time these two sides played was, in February, when Jamie Vardy gave Leicester the lead via a penalty right on halftime, before being sent off for diving in the second stanza.

Then, Theo Walcott brought the Gunners level before Danny Welbeck’s header clinched all three points for Arsenal in the last play of the game.

Prediction
On paper, this should be a comfortable win for Arsenal. However, if their defence remains as open as it did against Liverpool, Mahrez and Vardy will expose them with ease.
