AFL News: Scott hits out at 'offensive' Tribunal call to clear Cameron, Pies to swoop on star Dog?

West Coast forward Josh Kennedy will be sweating on the results of scans after suffering a painful calf injury in Sunday’s eight-point loss to Greater Western Sydney at Domain Stadium.
Kennedy heard a pop in his right calf and collapsed to the turf in pain after injuring himself early in the final quarter.
The two-time Coleman medallist will undergo scans to determine the extent of the damage, with the Eagles hoping the injury isn’t too serious.
Eagles coach Adam Simpson says he will consider switching Jeremy McGovern from defence into attack to cover the loss of Kennedy.
Simpson is confident both Luke Shuey (calf) and Mark LeCras (hip) will return for Saturday’s clash with Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium.
Kennedy has booted at least 60 goals in the past four seasons, and he will be hard to replace while he’s sidelined.
McGovern has proven to be a capable goalkicker when thrown up forward.
But the 2016 All-Australian has become a key cog in defence, and Simpson is reluctant to move him away from there.
Another option up Simpson’s sleeve is playing Drew Petrie as a permanent forward.
Petrie was recruited to West Coast as a back-up ruck option, but the 34-year-old spent the majority of time in attack during his glittering career with North Melbourne.
Simpson said he will weigh up his options during the week before finalising a plan.
Two losses on the trot has seen West Coast (6-4) slip to sixth spot, but Simpson said there were some positive signs in the win over GWS.
