Dubbed ‘the best two minutes in sport’, the 2017 Cox Plate is set to take place on Saturday, October 28 at the Moonee Valley Racecourse. This is The Roar’s ultimate guide to live streaming the race, or catching it on TV or radio.

Live stream
Live streamers will have plenty of options when it comes to watching the Cox Plate.

Provided you sign up to an account, Racing.com will let you live stream the race to desktop, mobile or tablet.

Seven’s coverage is available through their online streaming service, which is available on desktop, tablet or mobile too.

Most betting sites, including Bet365, Crownbet, Ladbrokes and Sportsbet, will allow you to live stream racing for free if you have an account with them. Some may require active funds in your account before you can stream.

TV
Free-to-air broadcaster Channel Seven will have a full day of racing action on Saturday, starting at 12pm (AEDT). This coverage will run until 5:30pm and will include the Cox Plate.

Foxtel subscribers can also catch the Cox Plate on Sky Racing 1 (526). They too will have racing action throughout the day, although a dedicated Cox Plate program will begin at 4:50pm (AEDT) and conclude at 5:15pm.

Radio
Both the Sky Racing and Radio Sport National websites will have online radio coverage of the race.
