NFC North rivals the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions will meet at Lambeau Field in Wisconsin on Tuesday morning (AEDT). Join The Roar for live scores and a blog of the match, starting from 12:30pm.

The two sides have met 175 times, with the Packers leading 100-68-7 all time.

The home side is missing arguably their greatest son in quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who will miss the remainder of the season with a broken collarbone.

Young QB Brett Hundley has taken the reins for the last two weeks and is yet to register a win.

They have had a lopsided start to the season, they started 4-1 but haven’t looked fluent since losing Rodgers. They are 1.5 games behind the division leader Minnesota Vikings and must win this game to keep pace with them.

Look for a big game from Ty Montgomery, who should get more ball this week as well as Jordy Nelson. These two need to shine if the Packers are any chance of winning.

The Visitors are closing in on their rivals for the second spot in the division and will be looking to claim a prize scalp at a tough venue.

The Lions started the season well and were 3-1, but have lost the last three weeks and haven’t looked good on offense or defence in recent weeks.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford will need to step up if his team is to play finals football this season.

Look for a big game from wide receiver Kenny Golloday and running back Ameer Abdullah. These two will be solid against their arch-rivals.

Prediction
Detroit to get the win and move into second in the NFC North.

Lions 23-10
