Adelaide Crows

Adelaide CrowsOne of two AFL teams based in South Australia, the Adelaide Crows entered the AFL Premiership in 1991 and won their first match against Hawthorn by 86 points. The Crows enjoyed terrific success in the late 90’s, winning back to back AFL flags in 1997 and 1998. Adelaide have since continued to be an AFL finals force despite an ageing list.

In 2012 the Crows will look to re-generate their playing squad under the tutelage of former Geelong assistant Brendan Sanderson, and they a positive start to his coaching stint, lifting the 2012 NAB Cup trophy after beating the West Coast Eagles at AAMI Stadium.

Wrong! Port Adelaide are not pretenders

by , 29 May 2013

Port Adelaide fans must have been disgusted with the back page of the latest edition of the Sunday Mail which read ‘Pretenders’ with an image of the Power players walking off the field after their 48 point loss to the Geelong Cats.
