You make a good point Joe. Historically, we don’t have too many US runners down here for the spring. Probably appeals more to HK and Japan. European horses would still see the benefit IMO, especially those stables standing stallions dual hemisphere. Darley, Coolmore etc.. Thanks for your comments.

Thanks guys. I guess the good thing is that the Cox Plate has established itself as world class race already and with more prizemoney behind the other two races it would have a greater impact on attracting more OS horses IMO. Let’s not forget Coolmore sent Adelaide down here for a Cox Plate with the horse now standing in NSW.
