Thank you for your opinion AGordon.
I believe they are flat track bullies because you only have to look at there results in these conditions. I believe if they were in the right head space they would put real pressure on subcontinent teams but none of them have properly proven they can do that yet.
Maxwell only scored the one hundred so I don’t think that is ideal proof. It is evident in some of our batsmen they struggle to combat spin as well

Australia's never-ending subcontinental nightmare

I believe if the NRL stays strong with the proposed cap they told clubs earlier this year it will strengthen the competition.

Because if clubs have to release players, they are most likely to go to struggling clubs who need more depth and star power. I think that really benefits the competition.

I really like your thoughts would love to see some of them happen

NRL salary cap drama: Who could be the winners?

Totally agree mate.
Clubs have to held accountable if they have gone over the cap. For example, the Bulldogs are the most notable club over the cap and they should have to offload players to rival clubs.

If clubs and the RLPA win this battle, the governing body will lose a lot of authority.

NRL salary cap drama: Who could be the winners?

With all the fighting between players and administrators, my concern is the relationship will probably affect the sides performances in the upcoming tours and Ashes Series.

Players once the cricket comes around will be bombarded with questions not about the cricket but the relationship with Cricket Australia and their thoughts on what happened.

I hope I’m wrong.

But as we see in the NRL when a side is in the media for the wrong reasons, the performances on the field are affected.

Fingers crossed it is all resolved but I think there will be more to come.

The pay war is over, the players won. Now, back to the cricket
