What a ridiculous comment. Did you not see on the news stations last night that showed the amount of Dogs supporters waiting for tickets at Whitten Oval?!?! The dogs supporter base has grown a lot this year and I think Dogs supporters will pack out the MCG!! Turn it up please.
Blockbuster finals go west, while Dogs' Etihad home final rejected
Very fair comment for sure! And that’s why Geelong hosted a final in 2013 because of 4 finals in Melbourne in week 1.

I am a dogs supporter and I would of thought the home team gets a home final at venue of their choice, but I guess the MCG is a better venue for the game. I guess it means more people can go, which means more money is produced.

You have a fair point. The AFL obviously wants the best games to be played at the best stadium possible and I don’t blame them. All the state leagues around Australia are the same. If I had a choice to go see a game at either Etihad or the MCG I would probably choose the MCG.

This isn’t a fair comment, he had not had a drink for two hours but made an error of judgement. His got enough punishment, he doesn’t need to sit out one match because he has learn’t from what he has done and i’m 100% positive it’s the last time we will see him do this.
Feelings on Luke Hodge depend heavily on your own club colours
My Opinion: Luke Hodge made an error of judgment, it’s not like he purposely went out of his way to deliberately drink and drive over the alcohol limit. He has been punished correctly and has admitted to his mistake, he obviously feels sorry enough. He deserves to play finals and has gotten enough punishment.
