Quade Cooper misses Wallaby squad selection

I have always believed that Cooper is a confidence player. It is tough for him to come and shine after rejection. For example last year against the ABs he was not in the squad first up and played woefully when called upon. If this occurs again where he is needed against the Lions later in the series I think he will fail again. A poor case of man management from Deans at best because I think the Wallabies will call on Cooper before the series is over. Has he not got over the outburst? He has form in holding a grudge.
