FTA in Melbourne has been a disgrace. They didn't even show Tonga/NZ although they could have. In Melbourne at least the AFL controls too much and the media is too scared to upset Demetriou. It's a shame because in general Melbourne people love their sport and if it is on they will watch it. The RWC hasn't really gathered momentum here because of the lack of pool games televised - you had to search these out or have foxtel to watch them. I was listening to the radio last week and had to laugh when a Collingwood supporter complained that he couldn't watch the Collingwood semi-final anywhere in the western suburbs of Sydney. Welcome to my world as a rugby tragic in Melbourne! Foxtel all the way.
