At the end of Bucks tenure (end of this season) it will look like he was a terrible coach but i don’t think he was actually all that bad.
From the outside, Bucks took over the most powerful club and arguably the second most successful club of the era. What we didn’t realise was how bad the culture was. All the “Bucks haters” will say, “Malthouse could handle them” but the footy club has a role to develop good individuals above anything else.
Bucks or the recruiting staff made poor, short sided list decisions and that will be his/their fate.
I think he still has a career in coaching but not at the Pies.

Jason Day is going at the same rate of tournaments played as previous years, he only ever plays 20 events at max. He has played poorly the last few events but not because of the back. He has struggled with Driver and his Putting is no where near its usual brilliance. Stats will back this up also!
