kind of, except Kaplan gave 2 men in black (one being McCaw) a “final warning” for it in the first half and then cautioned McCaw again in the 2nd. The mornonc commentary team saw it, I saw it – you saw it (even Tui saw it)… Last week Mitchell was sent off after teams were warned. This week, the cheif offender was given 2 final warnings. Does the arm band provide immunity?

The game is not all the better for allowing offside infringments. It would be all the better if it were eliminated altogether through effective policing by the man with the whistle.

Would the re-introduction of rucking help? Maybe that’s another discussion thread??

Kurtley will have his day(s). Seriously though, it’s a little tough to forget someone who hasn’t really arrived… I must say that he’d get a run before Cooper in my team but maybe he needs another full pre-season at home (before he’s wallaby-bound) and that’s what he’s got. I hope 2009 can be a big year for KB!
