If you want to leave heart as is? To those making that argument?? How do you suggest heart should develop an identity different to victory? What would this identity be and how do you develop it without moving to a new are. And heart definitely don’t havea distinct identity its naive to think so

It's time for the A-League to look South in Melbourne

I believe that pushing the heart into the south and then grow from there as opposed to just leaving it as is will see a quicker more profound growth ……. If lakeside is close to aami… Perfect… Opttion to play there for bigger games

Guys. I am not saying that a potential new club would be associated in any way with Hellas. I acknowledged a few factors and addressed a few questions. The new club could simply be south Melbourne heart for example with the same colors but simply play out of lakeside and really push for support in south. But then do you truly engage everybody in the south if you are not associated wih Hellas? The purpose of my article was not to give a clear cut answer details would of course have to be negotiated. I don’t exactly know how a potential south Melbourne club should look….. But I do know heart lack an identity and south Melbourne seems a perfect area to push into with a great sized stadium. I don’t know what part of Melbourne your from but in my experience there is an identity divide between say south Melbourne and other parts…. Maybe not to the extent in Sydney but it exists……..To those that want to give the heart time….. Wheee are of saying these fans will come from? Are they out there but just don’t come to games? I want to discuss tis but I seriously can’t see it where this fan base is

Peacock goes great…. and the other guy who used to be on fox sports fc – still does some a league games – his name has escaped me , preety sure his background is afl. DOes he have any passion for football or was he just needed there?

Is football being catered to dummies?

You mentioned that the grand final is saturday night 6pm. WHen was tha announced? I have been looking for a date everywhere and couldnt find it. I thought it was still in the TBA stage.
Also, i quite liked the sunday grand final – why is this not going ahead this year?

Should the A-League Grand Final be held on Anzac Day?

I find all matches entertaining, however, i cant help but cringe at the level of turnovers and inability to play flowing football. Im not a hater of the league, and i put it down to teams just being rusty probably.

The fact is, and i cant put a number on it because there isnt the research conducted, but many people support Chelsea or Barca but not an aleague club. And because of their fixation on euro football – they disregard the aleague. It is no where near that standard, and obviously not (only eight years old), and they dont give it the time of day.

Crowds will improve as standard does
