My Most memorable match is the Swans v Hawthorn 2012 GF. The game epitomised the never say die attitude inherent in the Swans/Bloods culture - inspiring stuff.

Ryan, I totally agree with your assessment of Stuart. He seems to be a protected species when it comes to coaches, rather than the scapegoat. His success at the Roosters was due to the fact he inherited a talented roster on the verge of a premiership. Phil Gould and Graham Murray were the architects of rebuilding that club and getting them in a position to win a premiership, yet Stuart got all the credit. No one can dispute Stuart’s passion, but his tactical nous has left a lot to be desired, particularly at Origin level where he had the cattle on the field. He will be under immense pressure to hold on to his job if the Eels don’t make the Top 8 next season, despite the longevity of his contract. Parramatta power brokers have tended to be impatient when it comes to rebuilding their club in the past. Maybe Stuart already sees the writing on the wall, hence the possible approach to Canberra.
Hird should be fired; Henry hired; Stuart falsely admired
Rich_Daddy, that’s a really good point you make about Tippett. The Swans have become too reliant on him. If they continue to just bomb it long to him on Friday, Josh Gibson will have a field day as third man up spoiling the contest and will almost certainly earn himself 3 points in the Golden Fist Award.
Swans need to revisit recipe for success
