To extend the political analogy, the NSWRL is like Kevin Rudd trying to sabotage his own party in order to reclaim some control. Who’s on the NSWRL board? Politis, Peponis, Dib, Gerard, they wouldn’t have a conflict of interest being chairman/directors of clubs while also serving on the NSWRL would they? Would it be a coincidence that the NSWRL boycotted the AGM along with a clique of sydney clubs, possibly those with chairman/directors serving on the NSWRL board?
