The ABC from what I can gather is exiting sport except for women’s so I believe,the WAFL in Perth is trying to attract Commercial TV attention,7 was kinda interested but from what I have seen of WAFL ratings they range from 5 to 39 for finals.
I dont think WAFL will be on TV next year I know the QLD Cup seems to be doing OK but Rugby I dont think theres that much interest in Super Rugby so the3rd or 4th tier cant see it

I think the NRL has handled this much better than the corrupt AFL,they have fined Cronulla a million dollars and suspended the coach also revoked the licence of one of the trainers,I don’t think the coach will get a million dollar holiday AKA Hird,AFL still has to work through the 10 other clubs including GWS which is Andys very own love child.

You forgot to mention the near 10,000 that turned out for an NRL trial earlier in the year,the League crowds have been good in a city where the media only mentions RL under sufferance,and the Perth ABC wont mention it at all.

Sorry I watched it on TV in Perth and to say the Refs gave The Bulldogs a hard time is going overboard,when they start to lose in goes the fist, boot, elbow they are renowned for it,what they did to Penrith in the first half and got away with they got penalty’s for in the second, not to mention a couple of blatant forward passes.
Better team won refs apart from a 2nd half lapse where ok
