Picture the scene at my house. Junior and Mrs Junior are watching television. Junior flicks the channel, and suddenly Brendon Julian and Greg Blewett are on TV.

Brendon Julian: This game really could go either way. Who’s your money on Blewy?

Mrs Junior: Oh great, not the cricket again?

Junior: It’s only T20. I just want a quick look.

Mrs Junior: Phwoahhhh! Who’s that hunk?

Junior: You serious? That’s Peter Siddle!

Mrs Junior: Not him. That guy there. He’s hot.

Junior: That’s Warnie.

Mrs Junior: That’s not Warnie. Warnie’s a fat loser with bad hair.

Junior: Well, Warnie’s now a not-so-fat loser with bad hair. And very white teeth.

Mrs Junior: Wow! Really? Hey, I thought they played the one-dayers in January?

Brendon Julian: They need to step it up here Blewy. He’s hit that pull shot all the way along the ground… and he’s caught. At backward point. Didn’t need to do that did he Blewy?

Junior: This isn’t a one-dayer. It’s T20.

Mrs Junior: T20?

Junior: Yeah, twenty-twenty. It’s part of the revolution.

Mrs Junior: They play cricket in Syria?

Junior: No. It’s in Melbourne. Thunder are playing the Stars.

Brendon Julian: Absolutely right Blewy. Couldn’t agree more.

Mrs Junior: Why is there nobody in the crowd for this cosmic clash?

Junior: It’s the revolution.

Mrs Junior: Who’s the little man wearing lime green?

Junior: David Warner.

Mrs Junior: He looks like a leprechaun. Hey look, that’s two sixes in a row. Oh wait, that’s a replay.

Junior: It wasn’t a replay.

Mrs Junior: But it went into the empty grey seats?

Junior: Yeah, but they’re different empty grey seats.

Brendon Julian: Spot on Blewy. He’s definitely the X-factor here.

Mrs Junior: Why are both teams wearing lime green?

Junior: I don’t know. It’s the revolution.

Brendon Julian: It’s going down to the wire. Who’s your money on Blewy?

Mrs Junior: Why are people leaving? One lime green team still needs 11 runs to win from 53 balls.

Junior: It’s the revolution.

Brendon Julian: Great win for the Thunder. Who’s your money on Blewy?

Blewy: What?

Mrs Junior: So is that it? What happens now?

Junior: Nothing. The revolution is over. The world is a better place. Can’t you feel it?

Mrs Junior: Where are you going?

Junior: I need to rub wasabi into my eyes.
