Which Queenslander do you love to hate most?
Yep I totally agre. I don’t understand why some players have been picked over others.
I’m getting more and more worried about who will be NSWs’ goal kicker. Pat Richards hasn’t even got a run.
The rapid rise of Michael Lichaa caps bizarre City selections
Does anyone know why Nathan Peats wasn’t selected? Is he injured?
The rapid rise of Michael Lichaa caps bizarre City selections
That’s a pretty decent side there, although a disagree about Gallen. He’s an unbelievable player.
I may be wrong, but isn’t Guerra a Queenslander?
The Jarryd Hayne dilemma
Love the way you think. Pat Richards is needed for his goal kicking plus his kick offs can be used as an attacking weapon.
In my opinion, the five-eighth position is up in the air. Mullen deserves an opportunity, just about everyone else has had a go. Plus he has a very controlled kicking game.
The Jarryd Hayne dilemma
Yes Brett Stewart is a great fullback and I would have had him at fullback last year, but this year both Hayne and Dugan have been in great form.
You can’t have Gallen on the bench. He’s the captain and one of the best forwards in the game.
The Jarryd Hayne dilemma
Some good thoughts there. The Morris twins bleed Origin.
We pretty much match up in the back line. I believe we have a better forward pack. The only place we lack is halves and hooker, but there’s not much we can do about that. Queensland are simply better in those positions.
The more Hayne touches the ball, the better for NSW. I see Hayne on the end of a sweep play to either take on the line himself, or draw the defenders and put his winger in.
To put it simply, there is no stand out choice to partner Brett Morris on the wing.
Daley's wingman are still up in the air
I like Hayne at fullback, but then it leaves us open for no obvious pick on the wing. At least if Dugan is picked at fullback, you can have Hayne on the wing.
I’m certain of one thing though. Jarryd Hayne is NSW’s best fullback (probably centre too).
Daley's wingman are still up in the air
I like you’re thinking. If we don’t require a goal kicker, and Hayne is chosen at fullback or centre, then I’d probably have Hoppa on the wing.
Daley's wingman are still up in the air
Exactly right. It adds an extra dimension to our attack, especially from our kick offs.
He has a massive drop kick on him too.
Daley's wingman are still up in the air
Name a better halfbak from NSW. Unfortunately he’s the best we have. Reynolds has lost his form. Maybe in 2 years time we will see Brooks pushing for the number 7 jersey.
Daley's wingman are still up in the air
If Maloney is selected at five-eighth then this is probably the backline I’d have.
Daley's wingman are still up in the air
Johnny Boy Jnr, hiding behind an alias?
Hughes didn’t deserve to be dropped in against England in 2009 or last year.
Marsh’s Shield form hardly deserves selection for WA.
No one is questioning technique, just Marsh’s lack of consistency.
Shaun Marsh is not a Test quality batsman
He doesn’t have the speed to be a halfback. He is a natural hooker.
With that being said, Hinchcliffe is a fair replacement.
