It took a great catch to get him out and I am not convinced that had he got Dhoni we would have won. More likely it would have not got to the last over.
Maxwell is the last person to be blamed and he should replace finch as captain.

Carey khawaja and marsh have an average strike rate of 80 and finch 89.
Maxwell 121, Handscomb 105 and stoinis 99 need to be higher up the order and bat together with an accumulator.

There is no justification for him to bat at 7 and if anyone it’s finch that should bat at the lower order as if he wasn’t captain he wouldn’t be in the team.

5 of our top 6 failed to to get a 50 and were striking between 45 and 72 and who do you blame?
Maxwell who comes in at number 7 and tried to save us the game.
